By accessing or using DevDockTools ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

DevDockTools provides free, browser-based utility tools including image converters, developer tools, SEO tools, and CSS generators. All processing is performed locally in your browser. We provide no server-side processing, storage, or transformation of your files or data.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use DevDockTools only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or attack the Service or its infrastructure
- Scrape or systematically harvest content from the Service using automated tools
- Use the Service to process materials that infringe third-party intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the source code beyond what is publicly available
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity
Personal, commercial, and development use of our tools is permitted and encouraged.
4. Intellectual Property
The DevDockTools name, logo, website design, and original content (including blog articles) are owned by DevDockTools and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.
Files and data you process with our tools remain entirely your own. We claim no rights over any content you create, convert, or generate using DevDockTools tools.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Results produced by the tools will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose
- Any defects will be corrected
You use the Service at your own risk. Always keep backups of original files before using any conversion or optimization tool.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DevDockTools and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to files.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
8. Advertising
DevDockTools may display advertisements served by Google AdSense or similar networks. These ads are clearly labeled and do not affect the functionality of any tool. Ad revenue helps us keep all tools free.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
